1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kronvis ("the Service"), provided by Scott Jacobs (sole trader / enskild firma) based in Bäverdammsgränd 174, Bandhagen, Stockholm, 12463. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for the financial data you enter; the Service does not verify it.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to access another user's account or data;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission;
• Scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its content;
• Submit personal data of third parties without their lawful basis to do so;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.

5. No Financial, Tax, or Investment Advice

The Service provides personal-finance tracking, forecasting, and informational tools. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed adviser. Forecasts and insights are based on the data you provide and on simplified models; they are inherently uncertain. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes affecting active users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SEK 0 if the Service is provided free of charge. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under Swedish or EU law.

8. Pricing and Changes

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any feature you currently use becomes paid, and you will have the right to terminate your account before any charge applies.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account, which deletes your data immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law, or to comply with a legal obligation. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitation of liability, governing law) will do so.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We retain all rights to the Service software, design, and brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property between us.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the Swedish general courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
